What languages are supported?
English, Hebrew, and French. Each guest can be called in their own language – just indicate it in your guest list. Need a different language? Contact our support team and we’ll do our best to add it for you.
What if a guest doesn't answer?
One call attempt is made per guest. Unanswered calls are clearly flagged in your results report so you can follow up personally if needed.
How do I send my guest list?
After payment, you’ll receive your guest list template by email. Fill it in and send it back to us – we take care of the rest.
When will the calls go out?
You choose the date and time when placing your order. We recommend few days to 1 week before your event – close enough to feel like a timely reminder, but with enough time for guests to update their plans if needed.
Can I hear the call before it goes to my guests?
Yes – after purchase, you’ll get a free personalized test call straight to your own phone. Maya will call you using your actual event details, in your language, so you know exactly what your guests will experience. Only once you’re happy do we launch the campaign.
