Welcome to SNAPPY-DAY, a digital platform operated by LOGOBBY that helps users create and manage events through digital invitations, RSVP tracking, guest management, and related planning tools.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SNAPPY-DAY website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using SNAPPY-DAY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

SNAPPY-DAY offers both free and paid subscription plans.

7. Payments and Billing

Payments for paid plans are processed through PayPal.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • pay all applicable subscription fees

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

8. Refund Policy

SNAPPY-DAY offers a 7-day risk-free guarantee.

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not published a live event using the platform.

Refund requests must be sent to the support email listed on the website.

9. User Content

Users may upload or create content on the platform, including:

  • invitation text

  • guest lists

  • photos

  • event details

  • messages

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by using the Service you grant LOGOBBY a limited license to:

  • host

  • store

  • process

  • display

your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SNAPPY-DAY to:

  • send spam or unsolicited invitations

  • distribute illegal or harmful content

  • infringe intellectual property rights

  • harass or abuse other users

  • attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform

LOGOBBY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the SNAPPY-DAY platform, including:

  • software

  • design

  • templates

  • branding

  • logos

  • technology

are owned by LOGOBBY or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as:

  • navigation services

  • payment providers

  • external platforms

LOGOBBY is not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.

Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Service Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable platform, SNAPPY-DAY is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

  • uninterrupted

  • error-free

  • free from technical issues

LOGOBBY may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service when necessary.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOGOBBY shall not be liable for:

  • event planning issues resulting from the use of the platform

Users remain responsible for the organization and execution of their events.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

LOGOBBY may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • misuse of the platform occurs

  • legal obligations require us to do so

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify users through the platform.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
